Theater Rentals
124 Bank Street Theater, one of the most unique and historic theater rentals in NYC! Located in the West Village of Manhattan, the venue is appropriate for full productions and readings. Fully equipped with lighting and audio packages, prop rental, and seating for up to 72 patrons including 10 removable seats for accessibility. Please note that our flat rate theater rental fee for live theatrical performances is $700/12-hour day or $4000/week (12-hour days). Mondays are not available. This includes use of our theater, lobby, backstage, and dressing room as well as all of our lighting and sound equipment. Props are available for rental as well by inquiry.

The First Floor Studio
First Floor Studio Rentals, rent the first floor of 120 Bank Street for small events, run-throughs, and viewings. Fully equipped with a lighting and audio package, prop rental, and removable seating for up to 50 patrons with accessible seating. Rentals in the first-floor studio are accepted on a case-by-case basis, with a consideration that additional costs may apply for on-site staff, security, or post-event cleaning.
