At HB Studio, partnerships extend our ethos into a broader cultural and professional community. Through academic pathways, internships, international exchanges and training collaborations, our partners expand access to training and help artists connect studio practice with higher education, professional experience and the wider world.


Construyendo Actores – Mexico City

HB Studio partners with Construyendo Actores, a Mexico City-based school offering professional training in acting, film and musical theater. The relationship connects artists and teachers across borders through shared training opportunities, international exchange and a commitment to rigorous, continually evolving practice.

Giles Foreman Centre for Acting – London

HB Studio’s relationship with the Giles Foreman Centre for Acting connects two traditions of rigorous, actor-centered training. Based in London, GFCA offers professional and emerging actors method-based training in acting, movement, voice, character analysis and on-camera technique, creating opportunities for international study and exchange.

LaGuardia Community College – New York City

HB Studio partners with LaGuardia Community College to connect studio training with academic opportunity and professional experience. Through transfer planning, advising and experiential learning, the partnership helps emerging artists continue their education while building practical skills and professional networks.

Long Island University – New York City

HB Studio collaborates with Long Island University to help students connect their studio studies with broader degree pathways. Through transfer-credit evaluation and academic advising, students can build on their previous training while pursuing degrees and expanding their professional opportunities.

PM5 Talent – Naples

HB Studio partners with PM5 Talent, a Naples-based school of screen acting and artistic representation agency. PM5 supports children, young people and emerging professionals through acting and film training, connecting artistic development with preparation for professional work in cinema and related fields.

SUNY Empire State University

HB Studio’s partnership with SUNY Empire State University creates pathways for students seeking to apply their previous study toward a bachelor’s degree. SUNY Empire’s flexible, adult-centered approach allows students to continue their education while sustaining their artistic training and professional commitments.

Winston Transitions – New York City

HB Studio works with Winston Transitions to provide internships and work-based learning opportunities for young adults with learning differences. The partnership supports participants as they develop workplace skills, independence and professional confidence through structured experience in an active artistic environment.

Cultural Organizations in New York City

Through HB’s Student ID Program, students receive discounted access to performances, exhibitions and events across New York City. Partners including The Public Theater, La MaMa, New York Theatre Workshop, St. Ann’s Warehouse and the Apollo Theater help students remain active participants in the cultural life of the city and encounter bold contemporary work beyond the studio.

The most surprising aspect of this term for me was the strength I have found in myself and the commitment and just the work I have been doing … I didn’t think I could ever do the work I have been doing.
