Whether you need a place to rehearse with your scene partner between classes or to deepen the work sparked by your teaching artist, our studios offer a focused and welcoming environment for continued exploration.

Rentals must be booked for a minimum of an hour and must be paid in full upon booking. All rental requests must be made at least 2 hours before the booking time. You will only be able to book up to 2 weeks out. Hours available for rentals: Monday–Friday, 10:-00am–8:00pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 10:00am–5:00pm.

There are no refunds or credits for studio rentals.

As part of HB Studio’s ongoing commitment to supporting our artistic community, current students and teaching artists are eligible for discounted studio rentals.

Current HB Students may receive 25% off studio rentals using the code: STUDENT

Coupon codes can be applied at the time of booking through our rental system.

Four studios across 120 Bank St and 122 Bank St can be rented at the subsidized rate of $10/hour for nonprofit theater companies and freelance theater artists. Space will be available to qualified renters on a first-come, first-served basis until all hours have been awarded. The hours must be used for theater rehearsals for nonprofit/freelance entities only. Each artist is limited to a total of 104 hours of subsidized space per calendar year. This enables us to extend the subsidized rates to as many artists as possible. This affordable rate is made possible by a grant from New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
