Jessica Hecht joins HB this Fall to teach a 5-week advanced Scene Study class. Ms. Hecht requests that actors choose a scene from a play by Shakespeare, Chekhov, Williams, Miller, Richard Greenberg, or Sarah Ruhl. If there is another writer you’d like to entertain doing whose language is as rich as one of these, feel free to bring it forward on the first day. Please have a script chosen by the first day. You will be contacted prior to class to supply the script you will be working on.
This class meets for 5 sessions, September 21 – October 26. No class on October 19.
