For non-native English speakers who wish to improve their pronunciation of American English, these courses address the sounds and concepts that challenge foreign speakers of all backgrounds. With individual attention in each class, you become aware of the structure of your own accent and learn methods for altering it, so you can speak with ease in American English. Topics covered include vowels, consonants, and intonation. Speech 1 and Speech 2 are required in preparation for this course.
